Niko's face process

I always wanted to show how I work. Yet I'm nobody extraordinary to do this and this is not a tutorial...It always fasinates me how a drawing can change from sketch to the done part. Specially faces. I hate drawing faces but when they're done...they can be so interesting and I usually say what a change.
My tecnique is always messy and based more in intuition than a real theory, but I try to follow my sensei's advices.
I work in sai, if you didnt know.
And I usually sketch first in pencil if you didnt know eigther.
